Users who make purchases at www.aldeadecoracion.com fully accept these GTC and will be bound by them, as if they were written at the time of contracting/purchase.
Reading and accepting these GTC is an essential requirement prior to purchasing any product through www.aldeadecoracion.com.
Aldea Muebles y Decoración S.L. reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time and without prior notice. The Terms and Conditions will always be accessible from the website, so that the user can consult or print them at any time.
The prices and terms and conditions of sale are for informational purposes only and may be modified in response to market fluctuations. However, placing an order by completing the purchase form implies acceptance of the price offered and the general terms and conditions of sale in effect at that specific time. Once the order is placed, the purchase will be deemed to be fully completed, with all the legal guarantees that protect the acquiring consumer. From that moment on, the prices and conditions will be contractual and may not be modified without the express agreement of both parties. Spanish will be the language used to formalize the contract. ALDEA reserves the right to deny and/or suspend access to the services provided at www.aldeadecoracion.com for reasons of breach of good faith, non-compliance with applicable legislation, these General Conditions of Purchase, and/or in cases of fraud detected by this company and/or any of its suppliers.
Delivery times range from 24 to 72 hours, at the customer’s discretion. We cannot guarantee these delivery times, although we try to ensure that shipping companies meet them whenever possible. In rural areas far from urban centers, delivery within 24 hours is not guaranteed under any circumstances.
Delivery times depend on the availability of each product, which is indicated on each product offered. Orders that include multiple items will be shipped in a single shipment, and the delivery time will correspond to the item with the longest delivery time.
The customer will have 5 days to verify the integrity of all components of the order and to ensure that everything required is included in the included products. After these 5 days, the shipment will be deemed accepted, and claims for damage or shipping errors will not be accepted.
An order will be considered delivered when the delivery receipt is signed by the customer. The customer must inspect the products upon receipt within the next 5 days and present any objections they may have.

For these purposes, ALDEA informs you that the Revised Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU) establishes several options for exercising the right of withdrawal. These include the possibility of doing so by completing an online form. In order to shorten delivery times and ensure you can return your item conveniently and without delay, ALDEA advises you to use this option and complete the withdrawal form.
The consumer shall only be liable for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling them other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, or functioning.
The right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts relating to:
The provision of services, once the service has been fully executed, when execution has begun, with the prior express consent of the consumer and user and with their acknowledgment that they are aware that, once the contract
has been fully executed by the entrepreneur, you will have lost your right of withdrawal.
The supply of goods or services whose price depends on financial market fluctuations beyond the entrepreneur’s control and which may occur during the withdrawal period.
The supply of goods made according to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of goods that are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly.
The supply of sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery.

The supply of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon at the time of concluding the sales contract and which cannot be delivered before 30 days, and whose actual value depends on market fluctuations beyond the entrepreneur’s control. Contracts in which the consumer has specifically requested the entrepreneur to visit them to carry out urgent repair or maintenance operations; if, during that visit, the entrepreneur provides additional services beyond those specifically requested by the consumer or supplies goods other than spare parts necessarily used to carry out the maintenance or repair operations, the right of withdrawal must apply to such additional services or goods.
The supply of sealed sound or video recordings or sealed computer software that have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery.
The supply of daily newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts for the supply of such publications.
Contracts concluded through public auctions.
The supply of accommodation services for purposes other than housing, transportation of goods, vehicle rental, food, or services related to recreational activities, if the contracts provide for a specific date or period of performance.
The supply of digital content that is not provided on a physical medium when performance has begun with the prior express consent of the consumer and user, with their knowledge that they consequently lose their right of withdrawal.
Once we receive the product(s), we will refund your money according to the payment method you used:
If you paid by card, we will credit your account within 48 to 72 hours.
If you paid by PayPal, we will credit your PayPal account.
If you paid by bank transfer, we will ask for an account number to process the refund. Please note that it may take up to 48 business hours for the refund to appear in your bank account.
If you paid by financing, we will proceed with a full or partial cancellation of the financed amount, as appropriate.
For all other payment methods, we will ask for an account number to process the refund.
You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, or functioning.

All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and condition, in perfect condition and protected, avoiding stickers, seals, or adhesive tape directly on the surface or packaging of the item. Otherwise, ALDEA reserves the right to reject the return.
Once you have completed and submitted the return form, you will receive instructions via email on how to send it to our facilities. You must send the goods without delay, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from when you notify us of your wish to exercise this right.

Returns of unopened, perfect material will only be accepted within 30 calendar days of receipt.
Promotions on the website that extend the 30-day delivery period will not apply to distributors, who will always have a 30-day return period.
Such returns will be processed as commercial returns, as there is no law regulating business-to-business return rights, and such processing is governed by ALDEA’s terms and conditions. Returns of products in blister packs or heat-sealed packaging, as well as any other products with a broken factory security seal, will not be accepted; for example, motherboards with unsealed cables, monitors, printers, memory cards, etc.
These conditions do not void the warranty or exchange rights for defective products. ALDEA reserves the right to deny the return if any anomaly is detected in the returned product.
The warranty does not cover defects caused by improper use of the product and/or handling other than that necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, or operation. In these cases, the consumer must be responsible for its repair. Therefore, the following are excluded from the warranty:
Defects and damage caused by external factors, accidents, mainly electrical accidents, wear and tear, and use not in accordance with ALDEA’s instructions.
Products modified or repaired by the customer or any other person not authorized by ALDEA, as well as products that are subject to a specific support contract.
Incorrect software/hardware configuration by the customer of a device, component, or peripheral. Incorrect software/hardware configuration or device failure caused by a component not supplied by ALDEA and incorporated by the customer.
Computer virus infection by the customer on devices, hard drives, or diskettes containing drivers or additional software.Order Cancellations
Order cancellations involving a refund to the customer and made by bank transfer will have a maximum of 30 days for administrative procedures, although we try to keep the period to no more than 7 days.
Online dispute resolution for consumer matters in accordance with Article 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013: The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform available at the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
Compensation System for Private Copying
Under Royal Decree-Law 12/2017, of July 3, amending the consolidated text of the Intellectual Property Law, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996, of April 12, regarding the system of fair compensation for private copying, ALDEA will be required, where applicable, to charge compensation for the sale of non-typographic products or devices offered for sale on www.aldeadecoracion.com that are intended exclusively for private, non-professional or business use and that reproduce works (books or similar publications, phonograms and videograms) owned by third parties (publishers, phonogram and videogram producers, performers, etc.).
Notwithstanding the foregoing, please be advised of the existence of an exemption and reimbursement system for the payment of these compensations, which is regulated by the new article. 25, points 7 and 8 of the Intellectual Property Law, amended by the aforementioned Royal Decree-Law 12/2017, which regulates the method and requirements for justifying the right to reimbursement for those individuals and legal entities exempted by law and/or those who, without being exempt, have proven that the purchased product is intended for exclusively professional use or for export or intra-Community delivery.
In this regard, those companies, professionals, self-employed individuals, and public bodies exempted in the aforementioned sense must prove to ALDEA, through the certificates established by the Royal Decree-Law, that they are within the conditions of exemption from the fee in order to legally apply them.
