In this kitchen project nothing was left to chance.
The owners of the flat are decoration enthusiasts, and this is the third house they have renovated and decorated with exquisite attention to detail.
The kitchen deserved nothing less… and this shows in the finishes of the carpentry and ceilings, among other elements. That’s why the owners opted for brand-name units, and Aldea Muebles’ design paid attention to the smallest details for cooking with excellent taste.
The view of the kitchen with the green sofa in the background highlights the tall units on the right and their white cement finish. The concealed workspace reveals its secrets when the doors are 180º open. This unit houses a spacious work area with a wide countertop, food processor, oven and microwave very close to the sink, with light from the nearby window.
Just like the owner wanted, a space to cook where everything could be completely tidied away by just closing the doors.
On the left, the elegance of the wenge-laminate finished units pairs perfectly with the flat’s black metal window frames. The whole combines to give a highly contemporary elegant atmosphere. Another interesting feature is the wooden ceiling detail with concealed lighting fittings, designed by the owner herself.
The wooden ceiling strips are only interrupted by the almost imperceptible built-in hood by Elica, installed by Aldea, which is powerful, silent and efficient.
The Inalco countertop provides a comfortable durable workspace.
A practical breakfast bar with stools was added later.
It will be a pleasure to cook and chat in this kitchen, with such good taste…
